The only reason my husband and I moved to this apartment complex was because he had to move off base in a hurry. I didn't like it from the beginning. The people were farely nice until recently. I put a maintenance report in to get my kitchen light fixed three months ago and to my knowledge no one has come. They have a pool that is dirty. I understand some dirt but it looks like it might get cleaned once a week. It is only opened during certain times which makes swimming almost impossible. I also got a lab/ shepherd mix puppy, which I knew I couldn't have but the management was so nice that I didn't think it would matter. It really didn't. I talked to most of the work people while walking him and no one cared. Now there is new management. This morning the guy literally followed me around to, in his words, "bust me with the illegal pet." After having a very confrontational meeting with him I've decided it will be easiest to get rid of my puppy. I was also told I can't have an indoor/ outdoor cat- which was because my cat got out for a few weeks and finally came back. I've also noticed that the lights go on and off at night. I was walking my dog behind the apartment complex and the lights just went off. I couldn't even see if I was going to walk into anything. The manager has admitted to following around tenants just to catch them with their pets or illegal activites and make them pay for it. You are able to hear just about everything your neighbors do. I can't tell you how many times a week my neighbors ask each other to be quiet. I renewed another 6 month lease because I wanted to find a place I really liked before moving but wish I hadn't. Every neighbor I've talked to is already looking for another place to live. They are tired of not having things fixed and being followed. It's getting ridiculous. Less than 3 months to go and I can't wait!
