I will never recommend this place to anyone. I lived there for 6 months and was robbed twice. My apartment was broken into and my car was broken into. I know 2 other people who's apartment was broken into and nothing was left. They did not offer to change the locks or put more lights in the parking lot which would help with the crime. Expect to pay when you move out. I was on my hands and knees scrubbing the floors and walls and they still claim that they are dirty and damaged. Apparently the it was so dirty and mistreated that I now have to pay for the amount exceeding the security deposit. I left that place in better shape then when we moved in. ASHLEY PARK DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS, THEY ARE GREEDY AND ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY!! They are unprofessional, I know accounts of favoritism from the lady at the front office, They did not go over our lease with us they just put us in a room and told us to read over it. Living in Ashley Park was the worst experience ever. I would wake up almost every night around 3:00 AM because people insisted on having their systems on as loud as it could go. It seriously sounded like they had speakers on the outside of their vehicle. THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE AND STRESS!
