This was my wife's and I first apartment after getting married. Cheap rent compared to other places.

one bed/1 bath setup and for what we paid it was very quaint.

complaints:

Bugs, not for the sqeamish, but very rarely seen. Mostly during the winter when all bugs try to get indoors.

If you are downstairs, you will hear your neighbor and every move they make.

again, great for a college student or someone on a budget. Parking was never a problem and people seemed nice. A few disturbances where police had to come out (mostly drunk marines but what's new in Jacksonville). Coming from a newly married 21 year old at the time, we made it rather well. Great way to get out of that early debt.
