I just want to say to all the people who wrote "yes" are Kim's personal Friends. so, i don't even want to hear how wonderful it is here, when the maintance men walk in your apartment while you are home don't knock or anything. Kim and Tracy i do not like them they are very fake and they lie for each other. This apartment complex have one set of rules for whites and another for the rest. I know some might say well just move but the problem with that is who is going to pay and where are you going to go. Their are very few places around here that have a good rating. So, for all those "yes people" on this rating for Bluff Ridge are either friends and or working with Kim.i don't buy the BS here at Bluff Ridge at all. As a matter of Fact it's not worth the $710 a month. That's right people some of us pay over $700 a month for this place and it's not even worth it. Base housing needs to put this apartment on there "BLACK LIST"!
