Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
The apartments are not worth what you have to pay. The rent just went up to over $700 and you can find better elsewhere in the area. Also, the new office staff is rude to the tennents. Maintence never fixes anything right and there is always problems after they fix the problem. It used to be a quiet neighborhood now the landlord who resides in the apartment complex has weekend parties that are very loud and involve constant drinking and loud music. It is not a quiet neighborhood anymore.
