I lived at Bluff Ridge for six months and I didn't think much of the community. It does not have alot of ammenities like the other communities in the Jacksonville area has. The manager would never call me back about anything. My husband was very rude and I thought that she was a nice lady, but she did not call me back about our concerns. Whenever I went by the office to talk to her she was out on property doing something else, maybe they were just under staffed. I didn't feel safe there while my husband was gone.I saw someone in the woods one day just staring at me. That made me feel really uncomfortable.They are average looking apartments, nothing special. I would not recommend the apartments because you can get more ammenities,feel more comfortable, and customer service for your money somewhere else.
