I have since moved across country, but when I lived there they changed managers. The first girl, Kim (the blonde) was so fake it was unreal. Nevermind the fact that she never listened to me when I complained about my downstairs neighbors. I had to have the cops come out because they would not turn their stereo down at 4AM (not good for a pregnant woman on bed rest, btw). Once they fired her, they got a new woman. I feel horrible because I can't remember her name, but she was WONDERFUL. First, she gave the people below me 30 days notice. They shouldn't have even been given 30 days since I found out they were staying there for FREE! Five adults and three kids in one apartment and not one of them were paying for it. Anyway, we had to go away for a few weeks while my baby was in the hospital at Duke University. She watched our apartment for us, and waived the late fee for the check that we forgot to pay in all of the confusion. Besides the free-loaders that lived below me, it was a wonderful place. I have recommended it to MANY people, and they have all been satisfied with it.
