Good points...Nice apartments. I have a newer remodeled place with a fireplace and new trim, wood hall floor, etc. Washer and dryer in unit is nice.
Bad points...None of the doors seal correctly. We've been here for three months and our washer still makes noises that more then interrupt any kind of relaxation and phone calls. We sent in our application fee with application five months before we needed a place and was told we would be able to move in when we needed to. Well long story short, we had to take a month of my husband's days to wait back home for an apartment because she had nothing for us, and when we finally did get a place it turned out to be a handicap apartment with all kinds of stupid -------- ranging from rails in our shower, to an extra small and very old dishwasher that cant even clean milk from a glass, along with strings in our bathroom and bedroom for emergency. We even had some stupid light outside our apartment that each time we turned on a light in our kitchen would light up and start making terrible noises to annoy our neightbors. The neighbors almost never have their dogs on leashes, and most of them are snoty enough that even if their dog did run up on you, when you meet them they don't have anything to say but to their dog. The place is overpriced and poorly ran. The manager is more fake then a poor boob job, she can't communicate for anything, and she's more concerned with the way things appear to be then the happiness of her renters. She parties harder and louder then any resident, and her list of boyfriends keep her busy on the phone most days. bottom line, one of the better complexes to rent from if you aren't social, but not the best place for a friendly pleasently smooth stay.

In response to LAME MANAGER review. I must say everything you said about the Manager Kim is true. She drinks, gets drunk and violent. She hits on all of the marines who live here whether they are single or not. She forces herself on the male residents and gets violent and vendictive when she is turned down. I feel so sorry for her she is literally an OLD DRUNK. I can not beleive her superiors allow this type of behavior. Kim Branch has stepped further out of her bounaries than any other apt manager I have heard of. I would not recommend anyone who wants a quiet stay here while being in this town to pick this place as a temp residence. I have personally witnessed Kim drunk, yelling and stumbling all over the place in the middle of the night, cussing at one of her tenants and trash talking other tenants. Good luck this lady is Drama.
