I have lived here since April 2007...and I absolutly LOVE IT! I could not imagine living anywhere else in Jacksonville. The manager and staff are awesome. They respond to calls and get stuff done! I love my neighbors, everyone is so friendly and welcoming.

I would recommend living here to anyone.

why does it sound like managment wrote this? I've discovered that alot of the positive coments on crappy apartments like this one, are form managment, isn't that sad.
