I have lived here for two and a half years. The staff we have now is GREAT! Kim or Cayla are readily available to assist in any way they can. Todd and Sam are just as awesome. Lets be realistic with our comments. These buildings are atleast 20 years old. Kim isn't responsible for the way they were built. There isn't anything she can do about it. She, as well as the rest of the staff, make sure the grounds are kept up and look great. Thats all they can do. Every time we have had a maintenance problem, it has been handled in a timely manner. I have had no problems with them "entering unannounced". They always knock and say "maintenance", or "Todd", or "Sam". I think that people need to keep one thing in mind. You get what you pay for. If go to the Holiday Inn, don't expect the Marriot. We aren't the most pricey place to rent but, we're not the cheapest. Keep that in mind. If you are looking for "luxury" and brand new apartments, this isn't it. If you're looking for a cozy place to call home, you found it. As for neighbors, you don't chose them. You do chose how you handle them. If you problems, talk to them, if that doesn't work, notify the management. I was very sad to see some of the rude comments about the staff here. I just think that everyone needs to wake up and realize, Todd and Sam are human. Neither of them are superman...give them a break. They do the best they can and, they do an awesome job!!
