It's quite a shame, but when I first moved into the Apt complex everything seemed great. The price was right for the building size and age. However, now that I am on a new lease I find that I'm paying way to much for a small, out dated apartment. One of the things that I find most disappointing is that the building is suppose to be under new management that wants to spend lots of money making improvements, yet I still have a washer that shakes the entire complex when I do a load of laundy and I can step in atleast 3 piles of dog poop as I walk to the mail box because mgmt took away the only place where owners used to be able to take their pets off a leash. My other dislike with the new lease is that I now find myself paying for water and sewer which was previously included, this only increases the amount I'm paying for an apartment that isn't worth it.

This place is aweful and not at all worth it!! The office staff is horrible and fake and for the price of these outdated apartments Im ashamed to live here! I lived at Bluff Ridge for a year and when it came to re-newing my lease I said HELL NO! The price of rent went up every year and you think they would use that money to fix things up! BOO!! This place is an absolute mess and seriously I would rather have lived in a box then this money pit!

you guys are absolutely right. and i had no idea you had to pay for water/sewage after signing a new lease! if that is so, we will not be signing a new lease here! i cannot pay $800 rent $20 pet fee $40 for water! and it pisses me off how all of the j-ville apartment complexes have to be in constant competition and raise their prices about $50 each year! they know that BAH went up so they want to take all of it away! they just take advantage of our military and families!
