We are military and have lived at Bluff ridge since 2006. Rarely will there be apartments where there are no issues or problems. Make the most of where you live, get a life outside of Bluff Ridge. We live in Jacksonville be grateful there are no prostitutes walking outside your door like some places here in town. We are not going to get along with everyone we meet. If your neighbors don't talk to you "Oh well". If the Apt Manager is not kissing your butt "Oh well". We have had no problems with the staff and Kim has a right to live her life. Give her a break, she has to work and live in the same place and deal with everyones drama 24/7 can you blame her.
You live in a clean, safe place what's the problem'. There are new renovations going on now give them time to correct the "oldness" of the property. For anyone looking for a place to live, it's very safe for when your spouses are deployed. We all need to be more mature in how we handle things. Bashing people is not going to solve the problems. Everyone gets so caught up in everyones business, that's the problem in this town - it's not Bluff Ridge it's Jacksonville.
As far as the apartments...we are getting new basketball courts, new pool equipment, pets play area (everyone is great with their pets), childrens play area. Love the grills around the property and picnic tables. Yea the washers are a bit noisey but hey, it could be worse- we could live in roach infested apartments. The grounds are always very nice looking. If you choose to live here then make the most of it.

I love the new grounds renovations! Kudos to mentioning that! All the new amenities make the place seem really classy - which is sometimes hard to find in a predominantly military property in Jacksonville.
