Please, please find somewhere else; you'll be so much happier! I moved in Spring of 2008 after only being able to view the complex online. The apartments are supposed to be uniform, but mine is nothing like those shown on the website. I found a laundry list of things wrong with it when I moved in, most of which was fixed in good time; Sam & Todd the maintenance men are pretty good at their jobs, and I feel comfortable with them around. Kim the complex manager... needs to be fired. She's very concerned with the apartments appearing like a great place to live to attract new tenants, then could care less about you once you've signed the lease & paid her. She's fake & rude, and talks about tenants to other tenants. She has no professionalism, & it makes it worse that she lives in the complex; She parties, drinks & flirts harder than anyone else in the apartments. She has made what would probably be an okay stay painful, problematic & extremely stressful.
