The landlord is very friendly, helpful, and understanding. whenever i hav a problem with anything they are there by the next morning to fix it and always makes courtesy calls to be sure they come at a time comfortable for you. grounds are always neat and inviting. i'm never ashamed of the appereance of my house. new parking has been inputt and constant ungrades are being implemented. Very family-friendly apartment. Large spaces for a townhouse in Jacksonville. the newer, more expensive houses are nowhere near as spacious. for those with a negative outlook, you are highly mistaken. i'm a person who is hard to please and i enjoy living there.
