PROS:
-Close to base (about a mile from Lejeune)
-Safe area
- Parking- I never have a problem finding a parking spot
- Spacious
-close to wetern blvd
- the apartment was clean when we moved in
CONS:
-maintenance workers are LAZY they charge an extra $40 dollars per month for pet rent and they never have the doggie bags in the dog area so there is dog poop EVERYWHERE ( I know owners should pick up after their pets regardless but still where is the extra $ 40 going')I told the maintenance guy about the doggie bags and he said he would get around to it that was two weeks ago. Also I had a problem in my apartment well the maintenance guy never came back to fix the problem I feel like if they expect us to pay our rent on time then they should fix our problems in a timely manner
- Waterbugs/ roaches .. well I saw a couple of those the first few days I moved in the matinence guy said we should expect to see 2-3 a month what kind of mess is that how about you put that on the lease then
-Noise- well I feel like I'm a college on the weekends with the parties but they usualy quite down not too late so it usualy isnt that big of a problem
-paint on the carpets..again another maintenance problem I guess since they move people in and out so fast they dont take their time and pain they must spray paint because there is paint along the trims on the carpet everywhere seriously atleast put some plastic down when you spray paint.
overall Brynn Marr is in a great location and the apperence of the area is nice but I think Brynn Marr would be much better if they had better management to stay on top of the issues. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax

Safe area? If you call gang fights and gun shots and living down the street from a mental institution "safe" than yeah, I agree! I agree with you about the bugs. They should say something to you before you sign that lease! But they gotta make a buck.
