These apartments are to high for the quality of them. They have been here for 20 almost 30 years now and they expect you to pay like they only been here for a year. 700 dollars is alot for a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath(especially as an apartment)in this area. These people need to get real and realize this is just jacksonville where the cost of living is low and the pay is lower. This is the real deal.
DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!! They jive the active duty people so stay away!!!!!
