We lived in Brynn Marr Village apts from 4/03-9/03 and paid too much. The place was shabby; roaches everywhere, people outside making noices at all hours of the night, there was always something broken be it a leaky faucit, ac, etc...To top it all off the office personel (not the maintanence) only care about how to stick it to you. We left the place better than it was when we left and now they are trying to charge us for things we did'nt do. Look for other places better for less.
