HORRIBLE IN EVERY ASPECT

This place is a slum. The rental staff is rude, inconsiderate, and uncaring. The carpets and walls are old and moldy, paint chipping, old broken fixtures and appliances. We constantly had ants that no one would take care of. One time I had to wait for 3 days in JULY to get my air fixed. They said that the guys couldnt come out and fix stuff on weekends. There is no security at all. We had two break ins and they charged us for fixing the broken windows. We also had 4 or 5 attempts at breaking into our car. There was a man selling drugs and a prostitue living next door to me that they refused to do anything about. There was never enough parking. You can hear normal conversations, not to mention loud music through the walls. The grounds are disgusting and no one picks up after thier pets. When I moved out they tried to get me to pay for replacing carpet that was over 7 yrs old (which they are legally obligated to replace) and I had to hire an attorney before they would let it go. After I paid almost $400 for move out cleaning, they kept my entire security deposit but at this point I was too exhausted to fight them further. They refused to refund my pet deposits, and then charged me extra rent to have the pets as well.
They made me spot paint the walls before I left even thought they told me that they would be back in to paint everything before a new person moved in. They said that we had to do what they said or they would tell my husbands command. We had to get the base housing office involved before they would lay off. They take advantage of military and the rent is way too high for the LOW LOW quality of these places. We had joined the set-aside program through the base to pay our rent. After we moved out they refused to stop the allotment they had set up for out rent and collected rent for 3 months that we did not live there. We had to threaten to sue before they would stop the allotment or return the extra money. This place was a complete nightmare and absolutely inhabitable.
