I am not even a tenant of this apartment, nor do I live in Jacksonville, North Carolina. However I did come across a news article about the woman who survived six gun shot wounds, only to be evicted from her apartment because of a "lease violation/noise ordinace" They are kicking this woman out because of this disruption that she had no control over, obviously not even caring or considering the fact that she is trying to recuperate, more than likely has medical bills coming out of her ears, and has two children living with her. I personally think that it is outrageous, and I wonder what any of these people would do if it was their own family members who had to go through this kind of catastrophe. I would seriously reconsider moving here, or residing in ANY United Dominion-managed apartment complex. Your safety and well being doesn't seem to be in their best intrest.

I agree with you and the management of this complex is just as horrible. I've not only been on the receiving end of it, but have also heard of it out in town. In all fairness, the incident you are speaking of didn't happen at this apartment complex, but they are owned by the same company. You would think they would be a little more understanding!!
