Head maintenance members are very nice and responsive; EVERYONE ELSE IS NOT. I have experienced two months of broken AC during heat warnings, mold in vents/walls/carpeting. Mold in one wall destroyed a piece of furniture. I woke in the night to roaches crawling on my face. All carpeting would lift up. I also had to report gunshots firing on more than one occasion. Pet fees and pricing are rediculous. Move out fees through the roof even when you hire cleaners. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!
