Let me just say that my entire experience at Brynn Marr Village was hell from the moment we went to sign the lease. we drove over 12 hours to jacksonville and when we arrived at the leasing office, no one was there to even go over the lease or hand us the keys. we had to wait three hours in the parking lot waiting for someone.

When they finally showed up to go over the lease with us we found out that the apartment we thought we were paying about 630.00 a month, mysteriously hopped up to 716.oo a month ( the town homes go for 730.00, and we were only in a two bedroom apt.)yeah, and that's only the half of it. so we were pretty much in a bind and had to sign the lease because here we are with no place to go and a one year old, so we had to sign it.

so they finally give us the key, and we go and unload tha things that we have in our trunk, which consisted of an air mattress and a couple of suitcases. and to our surprise, the apartment was cute but infested with GERMAN cockroaches. (if you don't know anything about roaches they're the ones that for every one that you see there about a thousand more lurking somewhere)Which are also harmful to your health especially if you have asthma. Well, you would think they would have a regular extermination every month like other apartments have set up, well they don't, YOU have to call EVERY month to have them spray, and they don't even treat the entire complex, yeah even the exterminators that came in were disgusted about how they treated the situation.

Now if you think that all of that would tick you off, it's not over. well two and a half months before our lease was up we recieved a letter from them telling us how much they valued us and how much they wanted us to stay, and to thank us they decided to raise the rent to 750.00 a month, yes that's right folks, 750.00 a month. well after laughing in hysterics for about 30 minutes over this, i wrote my letter of evacuation, and took that and the letter they sent me to the office.....and get this...the office manager(that's different from the one that was there when we signed) told me that she had no idea why we were even paying that much, the three bedroom apts weren't even close to that and the town homes weren't that much more. Yep. so long story short...Brynn Marr Village screwed me and my family big time. oh yeah and my husband's in the miliatary and is in iraq right now....way to thank him for serving our country!!!

it says that you lived there from 2003-2006. of it was that horrible then why did you stay for so long? i know there's no way you signed 3 year lease or even a 2 year for that matter!
