Roaches are huge. Rusty nails in my backyard for months, neighbors party until 2a.m., parking sucks, maintenance is nice but takes their sweet time, fights in the parking lot, management has an attitude.....shall I go on' Also, it took them 3 weeks to fix a leaky toilet and an exterminator just found that my neighbor's apartment has rotting wood that was "fixed" by their contractors using some caulk and white paint.
