My husband and I are currently residing here. From my experience it seems some of the reviewers exaggerated a bit. There are roaches though and a few HUGE bugs that I have no idea what they were. Did have ant problems for a little then bought baits and they went away. In our apartment you can hear our neighbors going up their stairs and that is it. YES, there are late night, noisy parties in the parking lot!!!! The maintainance people are very nice, but slow. At first I was not at all impressed with the office staff...snotty and not helpful, but has seemed to get better over time. The pool is often closed. Also the fire hydrant outside our apartment started leaking and water was running constantly down our parking spaces into the drain. It took them about a month to finally fix it! Inside there are a few problems but no mold type problems for us. We have a 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath and are paying $669 a month. We were quoted the wrong price ($10 less) when we got here and then one day found an eviction notice on our door if we didn't pay $10 ASAP!!! Same sort of notice when we didn't pay our water bill (we never got the bill). I went down to the office and complained and got an apology. Like I said it's not great, but I have definitely seen worse. My husband is less satisfied than I am. Probably would keep looking if we had to do it again.
