the apartment is nice, but a lot smaller than it looks in the floor plans. and besides it looking nice, there is nothing good to say about this place. i've been living here since august, and they have been telling us they were going to fix our sliding glass door. well now it's the day before december, and its still broken. as a matter of fact, i just tried to close the screen door and it completely fell off, and now the glass door won;t close at all. i called the management about it and they said the contractors havent called them back. well frankly, i dont care. they better get someone over here today or i am moving out. and if my dog gets out and something happens to him, i'm suing. also, our shower doesn't turn off, and i know of about 3 other people who said theirs doesnt either, so the water bill is outrageous. i've had cockroaches on my kitchen counters, on my shoulders, in my bedroom, im sick of this place. i liked it when i first moved in but now i HATE IT!! my rent is OUTRAGEOUS!!! and instead of fixing stuff that needs to be fixed, they redo all the landscaping that clearly did not need to be fixed. they could have fixed the pool when it was closed half the summer but nope they had to spend it on stupid flowers. oh yeah and this place floods like its hurricane katrina like once a month too,.
