This place from day one was bad. When my wife and I first tried to contact the office staff we had to wait in the parking lot for 3 hrs before one of the staff got there. The Town House that we are staying in is 13A. The kitchen light fixture was left half finished, there is no overhead fan to the stove.It was promised that it would be put in a week after we moved in, its now a month and a half and its still not put in. Its left with wires sticking out of the wall. The upstairs bathroom fan doesn't work. In the entire apartment you can see nails sticking out of the carpet, the paint job in place looks like it took them 30 minutes to do the whole thing. There are marks on the walls, stains on the carpets. The rates are outrageous we are paying $750 for a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath. Its a total of 850 sqft, or so they say. They said it cost more because it was updated. I don't think that they should charge more for up dating it should be a part of proper maintanance. This place is around 30 some years old and there now just updating it. The staff are a bunch of B****es there out to get your money. The raise the prices of rent from day to day. They say they try to contact you but they dont call or knock at your door they just leave the little red papers on your door. My wife and I have heard gun shots at night. The outside of the place is nasty there is always trash everywhere. The laundry facility is nasty there are roaches and just nasty things in there. If we could do over again we would have never of stop to look at this apartment. DONT DO IT ITS THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE!!!!!!
