First of all they advertise on the website for the "updated" apartments. These apartments are so dumpy!! Also, they said I could do a six month lease..and when I got there to move in...they said I had to do a ten month. My electricity is scary, my fuse box was sparking and my water heater went out. The plugs spark and blow fuses all the time. There is cracks and spaces for bugs to get in..first night in there I found three roaches, I had to spray...and my fridge leaked all over. They let me move in with a busted off patio door and never fixed, patio lock was never fixed either, countertops are awful, old painted over a hundred times. The closet doors fall off the hinges and are all beat up and dented. The apartment is not worth what they charge. There are pine needles that get everywhere..and when they do the lawn..they blow dirt and such right through the crack in my apartment door into my apartment! I have had to take things to the laundry mat due to the laundry facilities dryers not working. And it is limited space if severle people are doing laundry. It is hot and door left open to the outside. The office people are friendly. And they allow a dog. That is the only nice things I have to say.
