Ok, so I've lived in this apartment for about a month and I already hate it... Everything is painted over inside the apartment, outlets, light switches, the slits in the closets... The floors above us creak, there are bugs EVERYWHERE! I have cuts in my counter from people cutting into the counters instead of using a cutting board, and there are stains in the carpets that can't be removed... They should ALWAYS replace the carpets if there are stains... There are cracks in my ceilings and there's no caulk around the toilette in the bathroom. The plumbing in the bath tub pretty much sucks. The pet rent is RIDICULOUS! The maintenance staff is great though. The leasing staff however are really stuck up. The on site laundry room is a DISASTER area... It's disgusting in there! pine needles, laundry soap, leaves, bugs, and the washers are way too small. Some of the dryers don't even work! Parking is alright but when everyone gets home from work, it's packed. They should really put assigned parking for 2 cars and extra spots for other cars. Cars are always being broken into, and it's easy to hear people inside our apartment... $800 a month is not worth it at all.
