Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
When I moved to Jacksonville, NC - this was the only apt with a vacancie. When we moved in the carpet was stained, the entire place was filthy, the paint job was terrible. We had to cut all the windows open because they had just painted into all the seams and grooves! The building has been sprayed for bugs 4 times in less than a year!!! (With no diminishing in roach or flea infestations). We have been without water in our bathroom sink for over a month now (they say they are ordering a part). And the paint is literally peeling off of the walls! It is a lot of money to pay for very low quality! My husband and I are moving as soon as our lease is up. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
