I have read some of the negative reviews and want to know, have these people lived in other complexes before'!''! Well, I have! This place is great. Sure there are alot of teens lurking the streets but this is 2006! I had an air condition problem, I called, Mr. Tommy came out THAT DAY and fixed it the first time! If it were anywhere else you would still be waiting or would have had maintenance over 4 times before it was fixed. The office staff is great! The size of the apartment you get for the money is very good! So I just wanted to take a minute to thank everyone at Cardinal Village for all your hard work but especially for dealing with all of these negative tenants who expect a palace and room service!!!
