Well the rent is good, includes everything except electric. Parking is not too good. HUGE ROACHES EVERYWHERE. In the apartments, hallways, even outside. You can hear your neighbors arguing talking vaccuuming everything. The doors were always getting stuck and during hurricane season the ceiling got brown spots from the water, thankfully it never leaked through. The cabinet handles became loose less than a month moving in and there were huge holes under the bathroom sink and kitchen sink. The bathtub handle rusted and broke off, and the bathroom tiles started coming off. If you dont mind the roaches and always calling maintenance, the go ahead move in. I guess u get what you pay for.
