My husband and I lived here for a year and a half and had a pretty good experience overall. Our number one complaint would have been that the walls are paper thin and we had crazy neighbors. On the other hand, the apartment we lived in was nice and roomy, old appliances but they worked. We did have a time when our water heater broke but the maintenance was great and alwasy came that same day. The manager, Janice was really nice to us all the time. The price was great...we lived towards the back next to ECOM so it was fairly quiet. Overall it was ok.
