The only reason why I moved here was because I needed to find something within two days, and Charleston Place had just started pre-leasing before they opened. They sounded so nice, and were at first glance. However, I was wrong! The one bedroom apartments are so tiny! I can't fit my furniture in the living room, and it is way too small. This is definitely not worth $730 a month! I have found so many 3 bedroom HOUSES for cheaper than this apartment after looking at the classifieds. I was also really excited about getting a soundproof apartment...Guess again. I don't know what they did to supposedly make these soundproof, but I can hear my neighbors talking, walking, having sex, everything. It's ridiculous. I hate this place! I would advice everyone to find a house for cheaper. Don't you dare sign your name on that lease, you will regret it! The owners here are money-hungry. Everything in the apartment is a piece of crap, and it was just opened in Sept 2007! Only 2 months old and it's falling apartment. I can't imagine what this place will look like in 5 years.
