At first the apartment itself seemed nice but it has turned into a nightmare. I have lived here for 9 months on the 3rd floor. I will say that the actual apartment itself is nice, but everything else sucks.

Parking is really bad. I was told I would have a space on the front row and a space on the back row and I have neither. I have to park by the clubhouse because there is no parking available.

The noise is really bad too. I can hear my neighbor having sex every morning and every afternoon and every night at like 2 am. I can also hear my downstairs neighbors fighting all the time. I thought that living on the 3rd floor would help with noise but aparently it did not.

The entrance looks nice and the clubhouse looks nice until you really look closely. The grounds are unkempt for $900 a month. Also they do not bother to water any of the plants so they are dying.

There are nails outside on the sidewalks and alot of glass by the dumpsters which are always overflowing. The pool turns 8 shades of green because they feel no need to maintain it.

The maintance people are very nice but for what we pay to live here they could do alot better.

The staff (one young girl) is very nice but she doesn't know anything and if you ask them for something plan on waiting for months.

I would suggest not living here!!!!! I assumed they would spray (like other apartments do and they do not spray your apt at all).

Don't pay $900 for this!!!
