I love Lauradale so much. My husband and myself have never lived out on our own so we figured here would be perfect. They have a weight limit for dogs but easily let you slide. Considering our puppy weighs the weight limit now. I disagree 100% with what the other person said about them charging for repairs...the repairman has been out twice b/c of things that were our fault and we weren't charged. The complex just changed ownership therefore its a lot better and cleaner. The neighbors are super friendly. It's an amazing place. 5 stars all the way! By the way did I mention they have the most square footage than anything in the area? They also have the cleanest parking lots and pool area. They also have the lowest rent rate for what you get!
