Lauradale is a good place if you a young couple just starting out. The rent is affordable and the appartments are adequate. I had no problems while there, unfortunately, the complex is located close to some not so desired areas. Because of this, sometimes they were undesirebles loitoring in the neighberhood. Once I called the cops on them and they never returned to my apt. area.
The maintenance workers are allways helpfull and willing to give a hand.
