Seems nice at first until things start tearing up. The central heating units are OLD, neighbors are loud, partying on the weekdays AND weekends, gunshots are randomely fired. Neighbors and their frineds like to park in your parking spaces. Just make sure you weigh all your options and get a six-month lease to limit your stay in case something happens. And have a spare heater and fan at all times! Even though the staff and maintenence are nice, the quality of the apartments just outweighs that!

The air conditioners don't always work in the summer and some people have electric bills of up to $200 because of it.
