This has to be the abosolute worse place to choose to live...the maintenance people take their time getting to your problems...the apartment manager is totally unprofessional...putting a letter in one tenants mailbox informing them that another is being evicted is not what I would consider profession anyway...not to mention the fact that for some reason when tenants are told they have to pay $100 fees for Lauradale to process eviction on them yet nothing is ever filed with the courthouse seems quite odd to me...they feel that it's okay to charge a tenant if the maintenance man breaks your toilet while fixing it (yes, I have the newsletter to prove it!!)...they also now want to charge you for a parking pass & if you have someone spend the night at your apt. they must 1st register their vehichle info. w/the office or their vehicle will be towed!!!...what I'd like to know is how are we to do that when they close before 5 & on the weekends...their solution...have the person get a pass during the day...now I usually don't schedule when friends may pop up from out of town as a surprise...but apparently Vickie Williams (apt. mngr) does...if you want to keep your sanity, go elsewhere...oh...don't forget the fact that the electrical wiring was done back in 1972 or so & they are not required to fix the wiring or the pipes...even if they were, you'd be old & near death before they did anything...

Me and my family were looking to move there on the 1st. After reading the reviews its seems as if that is a bad idea. Where did you end up at, and is it cheaper.
