We are a young military couple and thought that Lauradale would be a great place to start our life in NC. We were WRONG! The manager is horribly rude and snotty. Her maintenance workers are her litttle "minions" and they will cause all sorts of drama. We've heard gun shots, on a REGULAR basis. Because the rent is so low, you can imagine the types of people that live here. They will scream, curse, and throw things at each other in the parking lot at all hours of the night. My husband won't let me step foot outside if it is dark out in fear someone might hurt me. Parking is a NIGHTMARE!!!! Our bathroom was disgusting from the first day, and our carpet wasn't much better. Please don't rent here. Just pay the extra money and stay in a different complex that isn't filled with vandals, and ghetto people. I promise you, you will regret ever entertaining the thought of living here!

i have never had a problem with management . might not always agree with some of the things they do , but i know it is for the good of everyone, trying to keep everyone happy can not be easy. rules are for everyone, not just a few . if you feel so unsafe why dont you move? I am very satisfied here,i am not afraid at all when my husband is working. i have met alot of nice people here.the apts are great ,roomy and great for a couple starting out. if you are a negative person, then you are probably never satisfied anyway.

This place is a dump, and the people who don't think it is, are most likely ghetto or trash just like this place. Some people can't afford the fancy apartments out here so they have no choice but to be stuck in this crappy place. Most tenants here are ghetto, loud and obnoxious. Fighting outside in the parking lot at 4am saying n***a this, awww hell no that........trash!!!! Agree 100% with the person that wrote this review.
