My husband and I lived at Lauradale our first year of marriage in 2004 and hated every second of it. A gang of guys wearing white T-shirts sold drugs right in the parking lot right in front of our livingroom window and would hang out there all day. It was pretty freaky for me staying home alone all day and a week or so at a time while my husband was in the field.
The manager acknowledged the problem, but wouldn't let us out of our lease when we asked. Instead she just told us to call the police if we saw the gang hanging around. I am very happy to be out of that place.
