Since I have lived here there has been a change in Management, the rent has gone up and now we pay for garbage. The apartments are in need of serious rennovation, the pool is never open, the tennis court is unusable and you will hardly ever find good parking. However the complex is better compared to Base housing or New River apartments. There are better apartments for more money. So you get what you pay for!! Good luck hunting in Jacksonville!!!!
