I would not live here if the new apartments in Jacksonville were not over priced

First off, I believe there would be more reviews on these apartments if the "writing guidelines" were not required to put a review on here. Parking is a huge problem there are very few times we get to park in front or nearby our apartments. Liberty Crossing is famous for increasing your rent and slacking several months on maintence. We pay at least 100 dollars a month for electric and use very little of it, maintnance says it is because we have lots of windows, not true our neighbor has only two windows and one bedroom apt and pays at least 100 dollars a month. The air conditioning units are over 30 years old. (refuse to replace) Locks on the doors are very dangerous can only lock with a key, management refuses to replace because it is suppose to be "policy". The closet doors are metal and always off track, and management will not replace or promises to and 8 months later you still do not have any new doors. The neighbors are great and the maintenance is friendly. What I have written is also backed up by at least four other apartment (different addressess) tenants.
