I have been at LC since June although admittedly I wasnt in the apt alot the 1st month. When I first moved in the A/C had an issue which is still on going. My Electric Bill was 130 the 1st month and 150 the most recent bill and mostly because my A/C is so screwed up the outside unit runs all the time but the fan wont come back on unless I diddle with the inside unit a bunch. On top of that I have had other issues which took maintaince forever to fix. I dont blame those guys so much as I dont know if they even are aware of the problems just because you put the request in doesnt meant stuff gets fixed. It took a month just to get my toilet fixed and now I have a 2 leaks which still arent fixed and Ill bet short of me going over the office managers it wont get fixed. But lest you be a moment late in paying stuff. This is just the beginign Im afraid. All I can say is Ill be hopefully moving when my lease is up. I only ended up here beacause I had short notice to find me a place to live.
