I lived here for 9 months. They NEVER fixed anything and one time it looked like someone tried to break in thru my front door. The office said call police so I did. I gave the report to them and they said i would have to pay 500.00 to fix the door!!! They never, ever sent anyone for my spider problem. I had spiders in my clothes, my bed, EVERY WHERE! To top it off I had to pay a few hundred dollars extra when I moved out. They raise the rent all the time. The front desk management is horrible. Rude and degrading. My air conditioner broke in the middle of June and wasn't fixed til August. When I would call the front desk they basically said we'll do what we can when we get to it. Bottom line folks. Don't live here. Oh and the parking is not suitable and also the neighborhood across the way has it's teenagers at the pool and using our facilities.
