Not a good complex, basically it sucked. I lived there for 1 and a half years The management is rude and always disrespectful. The pool is NEVER open, the neighborhood kids from the other complex come in and use our facility. From day one I felt like I lived in the ghetto. Everything is so old, my ac broke about 5 times went on fire and the thing was shot. It took them like 2 weeks to fix it, if you have a two bedroom, the smaller room never gets enough air flow with the heat/ac. You never get to park in front of your apartment unless you fight with someone. The other tenants dogs crap on your property line and dont clean it up. Hmm, what else, oh, since the ac/heater unit is so ancient your electric bill WILL be astronomical, mine was about 250 a month, i could have sworn someone was sucking the juice out of my unit, the insulation sucks, so the air is constantly running, and mine stayed on 72 all the time cause I had pets. I dont know, I would NOT do it again. But if you do, Get in good with the maintainence guys, that will definetely pay off in the long run!!! And that sheet they give you in the beginning to check for damages, make sure you fill it out!!!!!! Dont be foolish.
Just go someplace nicer, there are few new places they just built that are very nice but require a waiting list. Wait, its worth it.
