Customer service here is just like the Apartments themselves. Nice on the outside, pathetic on the inside

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
They refurbished the outside of the entire complex, but the inside looks like 1970s complete with loud metal closet doors and dingy carpet. Make sure you don't turn up the heat too much when its cold or you may have to play electrician with the fuse panel.
Customer service is nonexistent. I've tried multiple times to get them to respond, but they just say, "we'll get on it" and never do. There are many places around Jacksonville now that are a competitively priced, new and more worth your money.
