Good sized apartments that really need some work.

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
The apartment buildings were built in the early 1970s and look like that was the last time any work was done on them. Be prepared for leaking ceilings, hard to open doors, and toilets that don't flush. With a good face lift (especially the walls with the painted in hair and the rotting wood outside) these could be very nice apartments.
