Overall, I wouldn't say this is the WORST place to live. There was an issue last Saturday where 2 men were arrested in one of the apartments who were involved in a homicide in Miami Florida. They were not residents. Things like this can happen anywhere though. Yes it does make me think more about locking my door especially because my husband isn't home with me all day. I moved here from an area in Pennsylvania where it was OKAY to forget to lock the door, because the only thing that could break in...were maybe cows'
We live in a one bedroom apartment and it is bigger than most one bedrooms that I have seen in this area. I had a leaky faucet when we first moved in and maintenance came the day that I called. Parking has never been an issue for us...we have 2 vehicles and there is always a place for both of them to park near our door. It's noisy sometimes, but it is a big complex...there are quite a few residents and I was not expecting it to be quiet. No noise has ever woken me in the night. The office staff is pretty friendly, maintenance even more, they never fail to wave when they drive past.

Basically, you get what you pay for...this place is nothing special, it was the nicest place that was available for us right away! Don't expect perfectly clean carpeting, a shiny bathroom or beautiful coutertops...it's an older apartment...

you know this place sucked...don't worry, their feelings aren't going to be hurt if you tell the truth!
