The apartments are nice on the outside but they are a disgusting mess on the inside.

The AC breaks down all of the time and the heater blows warm air at best. The paint job is laughable because they paint over anything stuck on the walls like cobwebs, hair in the bathroom, etc. The apartments flood constantly when we have any kind of steady rain.

The kitchen in the one bedroom is so small. The stove butts up to a wall, you cant even stand in front of the stove and open it to get anything out, you have to stand on the side and god help you if you have anything heavy to get out of there.

The water heater is small and can barely hold enough hot water to take a 15 minute shower.

The staff is horrible. They had the roof redone in October of 06 and their contractor left nails everywhere and the apartment wouldn't do anything for us when we had nails in our car tires. We had to contact the corporate office to have anything solved.

We needed to stay one extra month because my husband is getting out of the military and we do not want to stay up here an entire year. LISA the office manager told us to contact her 2 weeks before our lease was up so we could extend and put our 30 day notice in at the same time for the soldiers and sailors act. Here we are 3 days from our lease being up and she is "on vacation" or "Out sick" depending on who you talk to and no one else will help us.

Their repair jobs are ------, they do enough to get by. Our carpeting is older than god. The wooden tack strips are termite ridden and falling apart with rusty nails sticking up around where the floors meet the walls. It is NOT safe for children or pets.

We are absolutely disgusted with everything. The staff is rude and their turn over rate is so high in the front office, no one knows their ass from a hole in the ground.

You can never get a hold of anyone in the front office because they don't have the same people there all the time. They do not keep consistent hours.

The police are up here almost daily due to the crime. The ghetto next to us is constantly doing drug deals and having the police called on them. There was a mass homicide in November of 06 where the SWAT team was called out and stayed over there for several days. We then receive a notice on our door stating that this happened and they stat that it is not up to them to keep the apartments safe, that if we have concern we need to form our own neighborhood watch.

God help you if you have a dog. They will fine you before your dogs poop even hits the ground. If you don't have a baggy in hand at the very moment Fido drops a duce, you are screwed. 50 bucks a terd, we know this because the lady down stairs from us was fined over 1000 dollars because she never picked up her dogs doo doo and was forced to pay for every pile in front of the complex

SINKHOLE! Near the front office there was a MASSIVE sinkhole. If you don't already live here and have renters insurance, you will NOT be able to get it due to the sink hole. It took them 5 months to have someone come and fix it.

If you end up living here, live towards the front not the back, that way when you get broken into, the cops will be able to find you quickly, it will happen. We have had people boldly walk into our home in broad daylight and the cops around here don't care and neither does the complex. They are here so often, it appears there is nothing they can do to get this under control.
