Not Worth It!

This was my families first place. Includes my daughter, my husband and myself. I must say that the only good thing about my husband going to Iraq, is the VERY grateful opprotunity to move out of this place!!! We moved here so quickly, had nowhere to stay and didn't have the time to look around for a house. (Although you could find a very nice house in the price range that we pay $685.00 for a 2 bed and 1.5 bath) We had to move into the place since we didnt know the area well enoough to look around and this place was avaliable right away. The apartment is a very nice size and has planty of space for the three of us but it is just disgusting. The kitchen coutertops are uneven and have odd stains, the sink leaks in the cabinet underneath causing it to reak like mold. Stains everywhere on the carpet (when they ask you to do your move in checksheet make sure you put down evey little detail) our fridge has duck tape on the inside to keep the bar intact. The only lights/fans in the house are in the kitchen/dining room and bathrooms. You need a lot of lamps to keep the home well lit. However there are big doors for plenty of natural sunlight during the day. Horrible paint job, my washer and dryer are not next to each other. One in the hallway and the other in my daughters closet. I really would spend the extra money and time to find somewhere else. Do NOT stay here! If you do ask plenty of questions so they don't suprise you with random billings!
