I was moving to Jacksonville and reserved an apartment at Liberty Crossing. I went off the reviews online and also the photos posted on the website. The minute I walked into the apartment I knew there was no way in hell I could live in such a nasty, diry, smelly place. I got the money I could get back and looked elsewhere. I looked in the same area because its very affordable here and hey- saving a few bucks sounded great to me! Now I am stuck in this area in a 1 year lease with a horrible property management group that won't let me out. My place was broken into and things were stolen. I wouldn't wish my situation upon ANYONE. Trust me when I say spend the few extra bucks and move to an area that is clean and safe. And if you go through a managment company, don't use the one that starts with C and located on Gumbranch. Nothing but trouble.
